Hey, I’m Leith Young — a Hobart-based wedding photographer capturing weddings and elopements across Tasmania (and wherever the road takes us).

I come from a long trade background, so I’m used to showing up, getting on with the job, and keeping things moving without fuss. That carries straight into how I photograph weddings. No awkward posing, no over-directing — just paying attention and capturing what’s actually happening.

Whether it’s a big Hobart wedding with everyone there or a small elopement tucked away somewhere in Tasmania, I focus on the real stuff: the nerves before the ceremony, the laughs with your mates, the hugs from family, and the quiet moments you don’t even realise are unfolding. That’s the part of the day that matters years down the track.
